Auxila accompanies you on your journey from the very beginning!

Your steps to work and recognition in Germany:

  1. Information and application at Auxila

  2. Language course in your home country.

  3. Prepare documents: Translate all documents and submit them for recognition of your qualification in Germany.

  4. Aptitude test: Pass the German language and nursing test – a prerequisite for the next steps.

  5. Sign an employment contract with us.

  6. Apply for a visa: Submit all documents for a visa (ideally: Chancenkarte visa).

  7. Start qualification: Begin the online course “Fit for Germany.”

  8. Organize entry and start the onboarding process with our Relocation Service.

  9. Entry into Germany.

  10. Move into your apartment, register with the city, get health insurance, tax office, bank account, SIM card, etc.

  11. Start the qualification course: Attend in-person and online courses, complete many nursing-related trainings until recognition.

  12. Employment contract for the period after qualification: Sign a contract with a new employer, which we will find for you.

  13. Pass the Telc B2 Nursing language exam.

  14. Complete the nursing qualification.

  15. Complete and pass the preparation and exam to become a qualified nurse.

  16. Start work as a qualified nurse with a new employer (salary approx. €3,500–3,800 per month).

  17. Support from us during the first months.

During the training, you work 20 hours per week with us. This allows you to cover your living expenses in Germany.

As a qualified nurse, you can later support your family or bring them to Germany.

What costs will you incur?

  • German course “Fit for Germany” in your home country: €100 per month until departure

  • Visa application: We are happy to assist you, cost €250

  • Application for recognition as a qualified nurse: We also assist you here, cost €250

  • Translation costs

  • Fees for the assessment notice and visa

  • Travel costs

  • Qualification in Germany (including nursing language up to German B2 Nursing): free of charge

The monthly living expenses in Germany must be covered by your salary:

  • Rent: approx. €450

  • Fees for notices and the certificate as a qualified nurse: €50

  • Food: €250

  • Support from Auxila / Auxila Family Club: free

  • Knowledge exam including preparation: €350 per month (the final exam including preparation costs €3,000, i.e., €350/month)

For you, this 6-month qualification and further training as well as the German course up to B2 Nursing is therefore completely free of charge.
